RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

0–15 Days: Product may be returned within 15 business days after the original date of purchase (order date) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
* Shipping costs associated with returning product are the responsibility of the customer returning the product.
- All returns, whether by a Customer must be made as follows:
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from OurGlobalWeb
- Ship items to the address provided by OurGlobalWeb Customer service when you are given our RMA.
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service. Such invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
- All returns must be shipped to OurGlobalWeb pre-paid, as OurGlobalWeb does not accept shipping collect packages.
- Moreover, you can also exchange anything you bought from us. Please contact a OurGlobalWeb Customer Representative at (626) 594-6856 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST) if you wish to exchange to another item, we are happy to assist you for your new order.
- For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy OurGlobalWeb products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
If a Customer wishes to cancel an order, please call customer service . We can only cancel orders before it ships. If an order has already shipped, please refer to the return policy.
